1. WonderdogSoftware.Com asks that children consult with their parents before providing any data about themselves and their families.  

2.  WonderdogSoftware.Com respects your privacy. We will never sell, rent, or loan your personal information to any third party. Any information you give us is guarded closely, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
 3. WonderdogSoftware.Com will not collect any personal information except when specifically and knowingly provided. Examples of such information are: name, e-mail address, and site commentary.
 4.  WonderdogSoftware.Com does not use cookies to track personal information such as address, phone number, or zip code.
 5. For updates and requests we e-search and get help directly from game developers and manufacturers.  If we do not have the help you may be presently looking for. OR, if we have a listing that is incorrect or missing and cannot get it immediately, we award you with our  'very satisfied' customer service policy until such requests can be fulfilled.  
 6.  Monthly Subscriptions re-new at the end of each billing cycle.  UPGRADE at any time, or cancel your membership and it will expire automatically.   To cancel return to your PayPal account, click on the history tab, and select subscriptions or read our FAQ.  (We are not responsible for any additional banking fees if you do not cancel a subscription of your own accord).  
 7. Wonderdog Software makes no claim to ownership or proprietary interest in any of the websites and/or software it recommends. We do not re-sell or license software downloaded from other sites. All software is freeware and/or shareware.
 8. You agree that you will not transmit or access any data that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonderdog Software from their claims if you do. 

9 Your membership may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing user names or passwords will result in immediate termination of service. The material on this site is for private, non-commercial use only. All other use is prohibited.
10. Refunds are issued only in cases where the member was unable to access the website. We are a service website and do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with software. We provide an organized website with links to third party software. When you become a member of this website you are agreeing to receive technical support and ratings and suggestions we provide for software.
11. Wonderdog Software IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FURTHER AMOUNTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL Wonderdog Software's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PAYMENT TO Wonderdog Software .
