Signing up I missed the last part of
choosing a username and password. How do I
get them now? - |
A.
Use our VERIFY
form that well get you to the username/password
setup screen. You can also ask
us to
send you the signup link via email, but that
can take a few hours.

What and where are the TERMS AND CONDITIONS? - |
A.
They
are located on the signup form and the bottom of
our homepage and here: Terms
and Conditions

I signed up already but it asks me to
sign up again after choosing a game.
|
A.
Make sure to bookmark or
favorite yourself after you use the "MEMBER
LOGIN".
Not
signing in will bring you back to the signup
process again so don't be confused. If it
does not
say "LOGOUT" at the top near the
searchbox, you are not logged in. (A
login link is on the top of every page on the
main site. )

How do I set up my login username &
password?

A.
First you must REGISTER
with us which is located on the page you just
came from.
|

Q.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
|
|
A.
Click member login
OR the login dog icon and use the "send me
my password" option using your login
name. Your password is automatically emailed
to you. If you don't know your login name
you signed up with, write us and include
the email address you paid for your membership
with.

Does my membership automatically get
re-billed each month? |
A.
Yes, or upgrade to Lifetime (located in the members area only) and
this option will expire soon!

Can I be sure my walkthrough or cheats
are included in the members area before I pay? - |
A.
Use the searchbox at the top of our site or click the CHEAT &
WALKTHROUGH links on the side menu to look it
up. (Sometimes just using one or two words
will prevent a typo from not finding your
guide.) If it's on the
list, we have it! Otherwise, tell us
to add it with the support
form. It's that simple!!

Q. The
game cheat or walkthrough I need is not
added yet. What should I do? -
|
| A.
Just
contact
support (Make SURE you include
what platform your game is for, ie X360,
Wii, PS3, etc.) Updates and help
get responded to and/or posted
usually
within
24 hours or less.
NOTE:
If you are a member, log in to your
members area first before using the
SUPPORT LINK in there. Member requests are given HIGHEST PRIORITY.
No one should have to stay stuck in a
game, that's why we are here!
